Hpv Colposcopy
HPV colposcopy is performed if the patient has abnormal vaginal discharge or discomfort; colposcopy allows to make a proper diagnosis.
It is rather painless and simple, takes about 20 minutes and is performed in the physician’s office. If a Pap smear test shows abnormalities in the cervix, this procedure is made to examine the surface of the cervix closely and make the proper diagnosis.
