Face Flat Wart

A face flat wart, verruca, and ASCUS are all caused by HPV. Common locations in adults are the beard area in men and the legs in women where they are spread by shaving. This Human Papilloma Virus (Verruca Plana Juvenilis) usually appears in large groups as pink, flesh-colored, smooth spots, frequently on the face and tops of hands in children. A face flat wart, verruca, and ASCUS are all caused by HPV.
