Flat Picture Wart
A flat picture wart is different than lichen sclerosis, but similar to a plantar wart.
This type of HPV is non-cancerous and grows in large numbers or clusters. The growths are smoother and flatter than other types of condyloma, usually found on the face of children, and on the legs of female adults. These growths on legs occur as a result from irritation of shaving.

Lichen Sclerosis, Plantar Wart

This condyloma is commonly found in children and is easily spread from person to person. A flat picture wart is different than lichen sclerosis, but similar to a plantar wart.
