Oral Genital Herpes
With both oral, genital herpes, removal of the symptoms with cryosurgery is not done, as it is with the venereal wart virus.
The virus reveals with different people in different ways. Thus for some people catching the virus may mean the appearance of sores or blisters, and for others it might mean the development of tingling, numbness or discomfort in or near the affected area. HSV can be transmitted even when there are no visible symptoms or lesions.

There are different types of therapy; thus there is suppressive or preventative antiviral therapy that can help to prevent or reduce the number of symptomatic and asymptomatic recurrences. Nowadays there is a drug that is called valaciclovir that has recently been proven to reduce the rate of transmission to uninfected sexual partners of people with the virus.
