Early Genital Stage Wart
The early genital stage wart is not dangerous and doesn't even require treatment; a colposcopy exam helps to determine the severity of the problem; abnormal vaginal discharge is not usually related to having genital warts.
Sexually active women should have annual Pap smear tests to detect the presence of this virus as soon as possible. HPV is one of the most common STDs and is very contagious. Many people carry the virus without knowing it.
