Genital Test Wart
The main genital test wart is a pap smear test, but to detect the position of a condyloma, a colposcopy exam is necessary.
Pap smears collect cells, called squamous cells, from the surface of your cervix or anus, the area that is most commonly affected by the virus. Pap smears are the first step in determining the presence of abnormal cell changes in the cervix and in the anus.

A biopsy is necessary to determine between mild lesions and those that are cancerous. Lesions and inflammation are usually visible during coposcopy. This procedure makes it possible to identify any abnormal tissue on the cervix. Colposcopy is another way of examining your cervix to determine the presence of HPV.
