The condyloma is caused by human papillomavirus or HPV. The condyloma appear as small bumps which may enlarge or spread. They may appear as a flat or cauliflower-like form. They can appear on the penis, scrotum, vulva, vagina, cervix, anus or, rarely, on the mouth or throat.
