Photo Vaginal Wart
A photo vaginal wart could indicate an advanced condition requiring a LEEP procedure if the pap is worse than ASCUS.
The virus may have no visual signs at all and be inactive. What may trigger an outbreak is stress, illness, a vaginal infection, or sexual involvement with a different partner who has another type of HPV, which in turn triggers an outbreak of visible lesions.
