Venereal warts, ASCUS, cervical dysplasia and other disorders can be removed with cone biopsy.
Clinical visibily may not be apparent until several months after HPV exposure. The highest incidence of such problems is found in young adults 15-25 years. The female-to male ratio is approximately 1.4:1. This disease affects females more frequently than males. The other name is condyloma acuminatum.

The symptom of the diseases can be pink-to brown papillomatous papules or nodules on the genitalia, perineum, crural folds, and anus.
