Condylomas are caused by HPV infections, a prevalent venereal disease. Often it is asymptomatic for years or even lifelong; the impairment to cells may take years to manifest as cytology pronounced dysplasia or projections observed as tiny, flat, flesh-colored or small clusters, resembling cauliflower.
