Gential Warts
Gential warts (genital) can be detected early with a Pap smear often resulting in interpretations of cervical dysplasia.
Varing in size, they can form large masses migratating into the vagina, urethra, cervix, perirectal epithelium, anus, and rectum. Pink-to brown papillomatous papules or nodules on the genitalia, perineum, crural folds, and anus is a general appearance.

GW afflicts females more frequently than males. With a 1.4:1 female-to male ratio has been reported and the highest incidence found in young adults 15-25 years. Venereal growths do not readily become visible until several months after HPV exposure. Gential warts (genital) can be detected early with a Pap smear often resulting in interpretations of cervical dysplasia.
