HPV
Treatment for HPV symptoms with cryosurgery can result in vulvar vestibulitis, thus, LEEP procedure may be an option although vaginitis may be a downside as well.
The primary clinical manifestation of the disease include common, genital, flat, deep palmoplantar warts (myrmecia), focal epithelial hyperplasia, and plantar cysts. The diagnosis is made primarily on the basis of clinical findings. Necessary procedures are: paring and biopsy.

This disorder is caused by Human papilloma virus, which is a double-stranded, circular, supercoiled DNA virus enclosed in an icosahedral capsid and comprising 72 capsomers. More than 100 types of Human Papilloma virus have been identified. Certain types tend to occur at particular anatomic sites. Treatment for HPV symptoms with cryosurgery can result in vulvar vestibulitis, thus, LEEP procedure may be an option although vaginitis may be a downside as well.
