Plantars Wart
Plantars wart is an HPV virus, along with verruca and venereal wart.
Well beneath the skin surface, treatment is more difficult than most. Common peeling methods do not apply. Salicylic acid plaster and application of other chemicals as well as surgery--laser, electrosurgery, or excision-- may be performed. Reducing pressure by changing shoes and eliminating moisture associated with spread is advised.

Growths beneath the skin on the sole of the foot are caused by non-oncogenic type HPV. Appearing in numbers or clusters, they are mosaic in pattern. Often they will have black seed-like dots in the center. These growths can be quite uncomfortable like a rock in a shoe. Plantars wart is an HPV virus, along with verruca and venereal wart.
