Venerial Wart
Venerial wart is often diagnosed by the Pap smear test for detection of HPV.
A patient assessment factoring in site of origin, patient history, cytology exams, and perhaps colposcopy and biopsy aid medical treatment approach. Broad spectrum anti viral agents, immune enhancers, herbal or chemical topicals or injections, and surgical procedures are among the choices. HPV has no cure; continued medical care is advised.

Defined as condyloma appearing on the genitalia primarily transmitted through sexual contact. They are more difficult to administer treatment than other types and more alarming because they are caused by cancer-type HPV. In the absence of treatment, the likelihood of progression is greater. Thus, early detection and treatment is important. Venerial wart is often diagnosed by the Pap smear test for detection of HPV.
